Delivery of products is carried out by easymail company in Greece and the charges shall apply as follows:

   In the Attica Prefecture, within 1-2 working days, transportation costs are €2,5 for packages up to 2 kilos. For every additional kilo, the charge shall be €0,80 per kilo
   In Greek landing destinations, within 2-3 working days, transportation costs are €4.80 for packages up to 2 kilos. For every additional kilo, the charge shall be 1€ per kilo
In Greek Island destinations, within 2-3 working days, transportation costs are €4.80 for packages up to 2 kilos. For every additional kilo, the charge shall be 1,20€ per kilo

Product delivery outside Greece is carried out by UPS Company and the charges shall apply as follows:

   In Europe, delivery time is 3-5 working days and transportation costs are according to UPS live shipping rates.

    In the rest of the world, delivery time is 5-7 working days and transportation costs are according to UPS live shipping rates.


You have the right to return your order in whole or in part within a time-limit of 7 working days from the received date, without any obligation to inform us of the reason. In this case you shall solely bear the immediate cost of product return. In case the reason for product return is due to the company’s error, we undertake to cover the cost. 

In order to perform your withdrawal right, you need to send us an email at mentioning the order date and number. You should return the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, that is without breaking the package seal and by confirming that the special product signs have not been removed. In addition, together with the submission of the withdrawal email, you shall include the payment receipt. Return shall be accepted solely upon approval on behalf of the company. 

In case of a product return, and depending on both the selected payment method and the way of return, payment refund shall be concluded within 8 days from the product received date. If the reason for a product return lies with a company’s error, TRAPEZE undertakes to redeliver at the specified shipping address at the company’s own expense. If customers wish to return an order where it is not the company’s fault, then they shall bear the relevant shipping cost. When you send us a product back, our company will receive it within 2-3 working days, for returns within Greece via EASYMAIL couriers, or within 5-6 working days, for returns outside Greece via UPS couriers. In case you choose another courier service we cannot guarantee any delivery times regarding the products you return us. When we receive the returned product, we will process your request and notify you via e-mail in approximately 5-6 working days. TRAPEZE cannot provide replacement service. In case consumers wish to change any product, they need to return it to the company and make a new order. As a necessary condition, the product shall be in its initial package and in the same perfect condition in which it was received, together with the relevant payment receipt and including the it’s special signs (tags).

For hygiene reasons, our company shall not accept return of certain items such as swimming suits, leggings, leotards, tights and earrings.
