TRAPEZE cannot provide replacement service. In case consumers wish to change any product, they need to return it to the company and make a new order. If the reason for product return is due to a company’s error, then the company shall bear the relevant return cost. (Options for return: a) account credit b) payment refund.

DETAILED GUIDE ON PRODUCT RETURNS
As a necessary condition, the product shall be in its initial package and in the same perfect condition in which it was received, together with the relevant payment receipt and including the it’s special signs (tags).

When returning an item, you need to fill in and send us an email at sales@lumen-art.gr mentioning the order date and number within the exclusive time-limit of seven (7) days.

Note:

For hygiene reasons, our company shall not accept return of certain items such as swimming suits, leggings, leotards, tights and earrings.

All products returned to the TRAPEZE storage room undergo meticulous quality control.

For your own convenience, it is recommended to carefully check your order upon delivery and the product’s intact package and condition, so as to detect any apparent faults. In case a fault is detected in a returned product during quality control, the company will contact the customer in order to resolve the issue.
